Who offers this page

This page is run by Laura Méndez (Horizonte Realty), a real estate agent. The technology is provided by Sinsajo Creators. If you have questions, write to demo@example.com.

Acceptable use

Use the form only for genuine real estate inquiries. The following is not allowed:

  • Giving false information or pretending to be someone else.
  • Sending bulk messages, unsolicited advertising, or illegal or offensive content.
  • Trying to get into the page or its data without permission, or overloading it with automated programs.

We may block submissions that break these rules.

What this page is not

Sending the form does not create a representation relationship with the agent, and it is not an offer or a contract. The information on the page is general and is not legal, tax or financial advice.

How the service works

The agent uses software from Sinsajo Creators that helps her organize her inquiries and prepare, with artificial intelligence, drafts of messages and posts.

No post goes out unless the agent approves it, and she reviews and sends the draft replies herself. The agent is solely responsible for what she posts and sends, including compliance with fair housing, advertising and licensing laws, and the consent, do-not-call and hours rules for the texts and calls she makes.

Support

For help with this page write to demo@example.com. Sinsajo Creators gives the agent technical support for the service.

Cancellation

The agent can cancel the service at any time. Before leaving she can export or delete her inquiry data from the application; you can ask for yours to be deleted at any time (see the privacy policy).

No warranty and limit of liability

The page is provided “as is”, with no guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, neither the agent nor Sinsajo Creators is liable for indirect damages arising from use of the page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one posted here, with the date above.
